Blogger: Muse Can't Be Suppressed - Template Designer
So here I am...a day away from my 48th birthday! All my life was told I had "talent"...why don't you paint...why don't you write?...why don't you "do something with yourself?"
Well...guess what. I pretty much gave up on the artistic aspect of my life...had a mundane job...got married, had kids. Well, then what? Went to bed one night and had a dream that broke my heart. When I got up the next day, I felt an uncontrollable drive to write it down. Well, that's what I did...not to very much success. But what that did for me was to open the floodgates of something I didn't know existed. Now, there is not enough time in the day for me to get my thoughts down on paper. So, right now, I'm writing...getting feedback...trying to improve every day and will someday (hopefully) be published.
You know what...even if I'm never published, I am loving every minute of it.
